The Gemella Jewels collection is made to order. Please check specific product pages for lead time. If you need a product by a specific date please email info@gemellajewels.com along with your order number. Once an order has been placed you have up to 24 hours to make any changes.

Gemella Jewels keeps a limited selection of pieces in stock. If you need something ASAP please email info@gemellajewels.com to see what is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Gemella Jewels will accept returns and exchanges as long as the piece is in its original condition, packaging included. We give the option to either return the item and pay a 15% restocking fee or use the paid amount as a credit towards your next purchase!

Customer is responsible to pay for the full cost of return shipping and insurance. 

Returns & exchanges must be done within 7 days of delivery. Please e-mail info@gemellajewels.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Custom or engraved pieces are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned. 

Please note that the jewelry you return will be inspected upon arrival. We cannot accept a return or exchange for jewelry that has been worn or damaged. Gemella Jewels has the right to refuse an exchange or return.
